Mohit Singh specialises in commercial and technology laws. He is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India.

With over 12 years of experience, he has advised and represented Indian and international clients, including from the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore and the UAE, in high-stakes international and domestic arbitration, technology and commercial matters across the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, APTEL and other courts and tribunals.

He was earlier associated with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as a Counsel and with P&A Law Offices as an Associate Partner.

Garima Jain is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India.

With over 10 years of experience, she has advised and represented clients in significant matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLAT, APTEL, NCDRC, ATFP (PMLA/FEMA), the National Green Tribunal and various other courts and tribunals.

She serves as Standing Counsel for the State of Odisha and is panel counsel for Canara Bank, the Greater Bengaluru Authority and the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee.
